A great classic fighting game and a great price = a great buy! Yet though it could be why the price has dropped some, so for a LE that contains all of this for $30 is really good. It did have a voucher for Tekken items in PS Home, but it has expired since it has been out for a while. Pretty decent book! All of this comes in a nice case to place it all. You also get The art of Tekken hardcover book that shows art work and the making of Tekken: BV and a look at the actors/actresses that voiced the fighters. Now with the LE, you get all that was stated above, also with a 2 disc music CD that has all the Tekken Tag music on it. The fight scenes however, do not dissapoint! The climactic fight is just stunning and BAD A**!!! ![]() Could of used more fighters from the game, and more fights. The movie could have been better, It was still pretty good, it just took a while to get going. Third, they have the Tekken CG movie, Tekken: Blood Vengeance in 2D and 3D. The devil forms in the demo look EFF'N AWESOME!!! Too bad they didn't include those outfits in TTT2. The thing about this demo is that they have outfits from the Tekken: Blood Vengeance and Devil Jin and Kazuya alone is why I still play the demo. It also has 3 stages that will be in TTT2. The demo has 4 fighters, Alisa, Xiaoyu, Devil Jin, and Kazuya who was in his Devil form. This was months before TTT2 was released so this was a first hands on for TTT2 out of Japan. Such a great classic fighting game that brought Tekken to a whole new level of fighting by introducing tag team! On the disc is also a demo with trophies for TTT2 Prologue. The standard version has TTT in HD, this alone is well worth $14. I got the LE since I am a hardcore Tekken fan. So the question is, Should I get this game for $14 or get the Limited Edition for $30? If you're a hardcore Tekken fan and just haven't had the chance to pick this up yet, get the $30 LE otherwise get the $14 standard version. This game has also been out for a while now too so the price has dropped quite a bit. Such a great game it makes you wonder why such the long wait for a sequel?. ![]() Nostalgia trip ticket back to the great early PS2 days! Now in HD. There is also an emphasis on character customization, much as in previous Tekken games.Tekken Hybrid Limited Edition. The game also features walled arenas, some of which feature walls and floors that can be broken through during the fight. These gameplay features include “Bound” hits, which slam an opponent airborne to the ground and stun them so that combos can be extended. The gameplay features of Tekken 6 have been carried over into this game. ![]() Tag combinations, often known as “Tag Assaults,” can be performed concurrently by having both characters simultaneously take part in the combo. Combination tag throws are one of the new tactics, and they may be avoided by timing your movements correctly. The gameplay extends on the tag concepts included in the first Tekken Tag, allowing the player to perform longer tag combinations and combined moves. If time runs out, the player with the entire lives left for their combatants at the end of the round is declared the winner. The game is over for a player whenever the health meter of any one of their characters has been depleted entirely. When specific conditions are met, the life bar of an inactive character may flash, providing a momentary increase in the character’s power if they are tagged in at that time. Players are free to swap out their active combatants at any moment, and doing so will allow their deactivated character to slowly regain whatever health they may have lost due to the fight. ![]() In September of 2011, it was made available for play in arcades.ĭuring matches, as in the original Tekken Tag Tournament, each player chooses two different characters to compete with. The Tekken fighting game series continues with Tekken Tag Tournament 2, the latest installment in the series.
